Job Description

  • 1. Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain books of accounts in Tally Prime
  • Record daily transactions (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries)
  • Maintain ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
  • Ensure proper documentation and voucher verification
  • 2. Statutory CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation)
  • Handle TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliation
  • Assist in Income Tax compliance and audit requirements
  • Maintain compliance calendars and deadlines
  • 3. Bank & ReconciliationPerform bank reconciliation regularly
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
  • Monitor outstanding receivables & payables
  • 4. Reporting & MISPrepare monthly financial statements
  • Provide MIS reports to management
  • Track expenses and budget variances
  • Support decision-making with financial analysis
  • 5. Payroll & Other Work (if applicable)Process payroll and statutory deductions (PF/ESIC)
  • Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records
