Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

 Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

 Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

 Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

 Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

 Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

 Monitor customer receivables and coordinate collections.

 Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

Statutory Compliance

 Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

 Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

 Coordinate with auditors and support statutory and internal audit activities.

Financial Reporting

 Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

 Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

 Support budgeting and financial analysis as required by management.

Documentation & Coordination

 Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.

 Coordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors, and auditors for finance-related

activities.

 Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
