• B2C Marketplace — Amazon & Blinkit (primary revenue channel)

• B2B OEM Supply — Bottle Warmr / Menmom channel partnerships

• EQ Oorja — New product venture (R&D and early commercial phase)

• AirTENO — Air quality products (active scaling phase)

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Finalist on a full time basis to own the accounting, financial reporting, and MIS function. This is a high-ownership role with direct reporting to the Founder / Director, making it ideal for a CA who enjoys working closely with business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Monthly books closing and ledger management

• Bank reconciliation and vendor / customer reconciliations

• Accounts payable and receivable tracking and ageing

• Fixed asset register maintenance

• Zoho / accounting software management

2. GST & Tax Compliance

• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B — monthly filing

• GSTR-2B reconciliation and ITC tracking and utilisation

• Multi-state GST ledger management (8+ state registrations)

• TDS computation, deduction, and quarterly filing (24Q / 26Q)

• Advance tax computation and payment scheduling

3. MIS & Financial Reporting

• Monthly P&L preparation — entity-wise and consolidated

• Working capital monitoring — FG, RM/WIP, AR, AP tracking

• Cash flow statement and 3-month rolling projection

• Capital infusion tracking and reconciliation

• Budget vs Actual variance reporting

• Monthly Business Review (MBR) financial pack preparation for management

4. Statutory & ROC Compliance

• Coordination with Company Secretary for ROC filings

• Annual return and Director's report financial support

• Audit support — preparation of schedules and data packs for statutory auditors

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) — qualified or finalist

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and MIS

• Experience working with SMEs or startups preferred

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax provisions

• Proficiency in Zoho ERP / Prime

• Comfortable with Excel-based MIS and financial reporting

• Exposure to e-commerce / marketplace accounting (Amazon, Blinkit) — preferred

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good communication and presentation skills for management reporting
