Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accounting entries in the system.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, follow up on collections, and process vendor and employee expenses payments etc.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare basic financial reports and support audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting-related issues.
- Maintain daily expense tracking, verify expenses employee and vendor, review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness, and ensure payments are processed only after proper verification and approval
