Job Description

Responsible for Good working conditions and seating arrangements.

Asset Management i.e. Office Furniture, fixtures, water filters,  water coolers, Air Coolers, ACs, Industrial Fans, etc.

Housekeeping of the Whole Premises.

Provision of Tea/Coffee facility and crockery and cutlery Management.

Ensure accuracy of Fixed Assets Register, Ensure verification of Fixed Assets on yearly basis and reconcilation with Fixed Asset Register.

Scrapping, disposal and sale of Assets.

Renewal of Existing Leave & Licence Agreement

Security Management PAN India basis. Checking the supporting documents like statutory compliances, attendance sheet,  salary sheet etc. attached with monthly

bill.

Planning and Execution of CCTV installation, monitoring wherever installed, repairing and maintenance. Liasoning with MSEB, PCMC, etc.

Preparation & negotiation of DG AMC, Inspection of Monthly  preventive Maintenance.
