Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Air Conditioning Sales Executive / HVAC Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets for air conditioning and HVAC solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and market visits.
• Identify and approach new customers, corporate clients, contractors, consultants, and businesses.
• Promote and sell air conditioning and HVAC /VRF /VRV /Ductable /Cassette Ac products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in AC, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or technical sales.
• Good knowledge of air conditioning/HVAC products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and lead-generation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
