Analyst - UK - Customer Advisory -Pune
The professional in this position is expected to lead the delivery
by liaising with the senior leadership and carry out customer
implementations and program enhancements
• Hands on experience in Voice of Customer/ Customer
Experience/ Customer Insights projects/ Medallia/ Qualtrics
platform strategy/ assessment/ implementation/ managed
services projects
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project
milestones & activities
• Defining resource requirements to reach objectives and manage
resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Translating Business requirements into System Configuration
Objects and create Solution Design for Medallia Solution in
compliance with best practices
• Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review
processes
• Utilize Medallia software knowledge to configure feedback
questionnaires, reports, and integrations with other systems
• Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in
depth Client system capabilities.
• Experience working in teams to collaboratively solve technical
problems
• Should be able to provide valuable insights to clients and help
them make customer centric organization

experience/ customer insights/ Medallia projects
• Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work
beyond own area of expertis
Education / professional
qualifications
MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
