As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity, while adapting to evolving technical challenges and priorities throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery techniques for Oracle databases.
- Ability to manage database security and user access controls effectively.
- Familiarity with database replication and high availability solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
