- Responsible for managing and driving sales of personal loan products within a defined area. - Oversee sales targets and ensure achievement through team management and strategic planning. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to increase loan sales. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and improve customer experience. - Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management. - Requires strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and knowledge of personal loan products.Job role
