Job Description

Assistant Manager — Ethereal Dune (Pawna Lake)

Boutique 7-room boho hotel at Pawna Lake, with an open-air café (Sicily Café), seeks a hands-on Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Handle check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and guest requests
  • Run daily/weekly SOP checklists across rooms, café, lawn/hammocks, and staircase
  • Supervise housekeeping and café staff; flag maintenance issues to vendors
  • Manage inventory (linens, toiletries, café supplies)
  • Resolve guest complaints; escalate when needed

Requirements

  • 2–4 years hospitality experience (boutique property a plus)
  • Comfortable across housekeeping, F&B, and front-office
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication (English/Hindi/Marathi)
  • Available weekends/holidays; on-site role
