Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily vehicle meter readings and related records.
  • Record and maintain daily AC/electricity meter readings.
  • Maintain daily printer meter/count records.
  • Mark and maintain daily labour attendance and coordinate with site supervisors.
  • Check and verify employee/admin expense bills and supporting documents.
  • Maintain daily Excel/MIS reports and trackers.
  • Identify discrepancies in attendance, meter readings, bills, and other records.
  • Coordinate with employees, site teams, vendors, and the HR/Admin team.
  • Perform other back-office and administrative activities as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain daily records and reports.
