Barista

Job Title: Barista / Senior Barista

Location: spillhouse 1st floor Aipl Joy Central, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122002

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (includes 30-45 minute break)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1-5 years in a coffee shop/restaurant

Preferred Past Employers: McDonald's, Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Domino's, CCD, McCafe, or similar

About Us: spillhouse is a specialty coffee hub and community space. We host events like live music, workshops, and more, creating a unique coffee experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Educate customers about our coffee and menu.
• Train and mentor junior baristas.
• Participate in cafe events and promotions.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in a coffee shop/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with preferred companies is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
