Job Description

Job Description – Barista

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at La Grange 2.0, Boat Club Road, Pune.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines and café equipment.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with daily café operations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock handling.

Requirements:

  • Prior barista experience preferred; freshers with a keen interest in coffee are welcome.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
