Position: BI/Data Analytics with AI
Experience: 7+ Years (Preferred: 7–10 Years)
Shift Requirement: Support for the U.S. time zone, with a couple of hours overlapping in the EST morning
Business Unit: Content Innovation & Visualization Team
Location: Pune

To discuss and finalize the hiring requirements, key responsibilities, technical expectations, and sourcing strategy for the BI/Data Analytics with AI role supporting the Content Innovation and Visualization team.

1. Role Overview

• The role will support the organization's vision of building a storytelling and insights-driven culture through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven solutions.
• The candidate will be responsible for bridging traditional BI capabilities with emerging AI technologies.
• Strong focus on creating intelligent workflows, automation frameworks, and data visualization solutions.

2. Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of overall experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Automation, or AI-related domains.
• Preferred experience between 7–10 years.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Research, Ratings, or regulated environments is highly desirable. (Preferend but not mandatory

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

• Prompt Engineering(Must have, will focus on this area more)
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts, templates, and AI workflows to deliver accurate, consistent, and scalable GenAI solutions across research, reporting, and automation use cases.
  • Prompt tuning, Prompt structuring/restructuring , prompt result consistency improvement, hallucinations reduction techniques
  • Knowledge on Zero-shot, One-shot, and Few-shot prompting, chain of thought prompting
  • Handle scenarios where model receive conflicting/incomplete data
  • Prompts tuning to enforce a strict output structure
• AI Agent Development
  • Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and or approved LLM technologies to automate business processes, integrate enterprise data sources, and execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention
• Large Language Models (LLMs) (Not mandatory, but exposure to these models is good to have. The role will involve using internal models rather than developing new ones.)

4. Key Responsibilities

Analytics & BI

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Power BI and MicroStrategy solutions.
• Build executive dashboards and advanced reporting capabilities, including generating insights, identifying trends, preparing executive summaries, creating single-page summaries, and developing multi-page presentations using data from the dashboard.
• Develop scalable data models to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver complex paginated reports for business stakeholders.

Automation & Copilot

• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot use cases.
• Develop prompt frameworks to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Automate business workflows using Power Automate.

AI Engineering

• Design and deploy AI Agents.
• Integrate LLMs through enterprise APIs.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Python.
• Develop agentic workflows and intelligent business automation.
• Perform prompt tuning.

Innovation & R&D

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Identify new use cases for Generative AI.
• Drive adoption of innovative AI capabilities across business functions.

• Strong combination of Power BI + MicroStrategy + AI + Copilot expertise.
• Hands-on experience in AI Agent development and GenAI implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise analytics solutions.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with AI-driven workflows.
• Strong Python automation and API integration expertise.
