Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized BTL Operations Executive to manage on-ground activations, events, brand promotions, and campaign execution. The role involves vendor coordination, manpower management, permissions, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL activities, brand activations, events, and promotions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, promoters, and internal teams.
• Manage on-ground manpower, promoters, supervisors, and field staff.
• Handle event logistics, material movement, setup, dismantling, and transportation.
• Coordinate for required permissions and local arrangements.
• Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution as per client requirements.
• Monitor campaign execution and resolve on-ground issues.
• Maintain execution reports, photographs, attendance, and other campaign documentation.
• Coordinate with the Creative, Production, and Sales teams for timely execution.
• Ensure activities are completed within timelines and approved budgets.
• Travel to different locations/sites as required for campaign execution.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in BTL, Events, Activations, Brand Promotions, or On-ground Operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good vendor and manpower management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and deadline-oriented.
