As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to build scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous enhancement of software to support evolving organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
