We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Katraj office.

This is a pure office-based role with NO field visits. You will be responsible for converting warm leads generated by our Social Media team into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle high-quality leads provided by our social media marketing team.
• Calling & Pitching: Call potential customers, explain our services/products, and handle objections.
• Closing: Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Documentation: Maintain daily reports and follow-up schedules on Excel or CRM.
• No Cold Calling: Focus primarily on interested leads who have engaged with our social media ads.
• Candidate Requirements
• Experience: 2+ Years of experience in Sales or Telesales is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong convincing power, professional phone etiquette, and target-oriented.
• Language: Must be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.
• Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
