As we expand across Pune, we're looking for energetic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our founding team.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Vemigo's presence in Pune. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may work in one or more of the following areas:
- Customer Acquisition
- Service Partner Acquisition & Development
- Franchise Development
- Strategic Partnerships & Local Business Development
You'll work directly with the founding team and help scale one of India's fastest-growing vehicle care startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective customers, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Build relationships with service providers, local businesses, societies, corporates, and potential franchise partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate qualified leads and follow them through to conversion.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Execute field marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Represent the Vemigo brand professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented.
- Comfortable with field work across Pune.
- Own motorcycle and valid driving licence are mandatory.
