Are you an experienced field-sales professional who knows how to build dealer relationships and close business?
Shah Marketing Pune LLP is looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive – Dealer Sales to strengthen our dealer network, develop new markets and drive sales growth across Pune/PCMC.
💼 Your Key Responsibilities
🔹 Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
🔹 Identify and onboard new dealers
🔹 Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
🔹 Conduct regular dealer & market visits
🔹 Handle enquiries, quotations and follow-ups
🔹 Negotiate and close orders
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing & delivery
🔹 Follow up for payments and collections
🔹 Identify new market and business opportunities
🔹 Maintain dealer database, sales pipeline and market reports
🎯 We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Dealer Sales / Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
✔️ Experience in Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Bathware, CP Fittings, Tiles or Building Materials preferred
✔️ Good understanding of the Pune / PCMC dealer market will be an advantage
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills
✔️ Strong order-closing & payment follow-up skills
✔️ Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits
✔️ Pune/PCMC-based candidates preferred
💰 What We Offer
