Job RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident in communication, good at building relationships, and motivated by sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand students' educational requirements and career goals.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
• Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and admissions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
• Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
• RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling or EdTech will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

For experienced candidates, salary can be discussed based on experience and performance.
