Business Development Executive – Field Sales

1. Visit fashion stores, boutiques, retailers, and brands across Pune to identify potential vendors.

2. Make in-person visits and presentations to prospective vendors.

3. Explain the company's platform, business model, and benefits to prospective vendors.

4. Generate leads through market visits, references, local networks, and other channels.

5. Follow up with prospective vendors and convert leads into active platform partners.

6. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors to complete the onboarding process.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded vendors.

8. Collect required vendor information, documents, product details, pricing, and inventory information.

9. Support the founders in managing day-to-day business operations.

10. Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, onboarding status, and vendor performance.

11. Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.

12. Participate in market research and competitor analysis.

13. Take up additional responsibilities as required in a fast-growing startup.
