Job Description

Job Title -

Business Development Manager – Real Estate


We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our real estate business by generating leads, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and driving property sales and leasing opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing relationships with investors, developers, channel partners, and corporate clients, and achieving business growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales


Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate segments.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and market outreach.

Build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.

Drive property sales, leasing, and investment transactions to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.

Identify emerging real estate opportunities and recommend growth strategies.

Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.



Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Understand client investment objectives and provide suitable property solutions.

Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.


Partnership Development

Establish strategic alliances with developers, financial institutions, channel partners, and corporate organizations.

Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.

Expand the company's network to increase market presence and business opportunities.


Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development performance reports.

Monitor target achievement and implement corrective actions when required.



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property consulting.

Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.

Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.



Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Real Estate Management.

Experience working with developers, brokerage firms, or real estate consulting companies.

Established network within the local real estate market.
