Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Present company products/services to potential customers.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

· Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

· Prepare sales reports and maintain client data in CRM.

Qualification:

·      MBA Sales & Marketing

·      Graduate with relevant sales experience may also apply

Experience

• 2 To 10+ years of sales experience in electrical, earthing, cable tray, or allied products
• Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered for junior roles

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B / project sales
• Local market knowledge of the assigned city
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
