Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into comprehensive documentation. The professional actively partners with business units to ensure that new processes and technologies are effectively integrated, while also participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs. The position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and a commitment to facilitating seamless implementation across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex process data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and modeling business processes using industry-standard methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed process documentation and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
