Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience in designing and documenting business processes to support technology implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to accurately capture business workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
