Job Description
Meat Preparation: Cut, bone, grind, and trim cuts of beef, pork, poultry, and fish using knives, saws, and grinders.
Packaging and Display: Weigh, wrap, label, and price meat cuts, arranging them attractively in display counters.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, inspect deliveries, and order new supplies.
Sanitation and Safety: Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and workstations to comply with food safety laws.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of different meat cuts, preservation methods, and hygiene regulations.
Knife and Tool Skills: Safe and proficient use of cleavers, saws, and grinders.
