Job Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages, including specialty teas and the New Japanese Matcha Latte.
- Make fresh salads, smoothies, pasta, and juices, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and café area, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in menu development and introduce creative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle daily inventory management, including coffee beans, ingredients for smoothies, salads, and other items.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe during peak hours.
- Participate in weekly deep cleaning, as part of maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
