Job Description
Café Staff – Kitchen & Front of HouseResponsible for supporting daily café operations across kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensuring efficient service, food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food and beverage preparation as per SOPs.
- Handle customer orders, service, billing, and table/area upkeep.
- Maintain kitchen, counter, dining area, and equipment cleanliness.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with receiving, storage, stock rotation, and inventory checks.
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and product consistency.
- Support the Barista, Kitchen Team, and Café Manager during operations.
- Handle customer requests professionally and courteously.
- Minimize wastage and maintain proper use of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and operational instructions.
