Job Description

The Cash & Billing Officer owns the billing counter at Jagannath Express, positioned at the north-facing pillar. She is accountable for accurate billing, clean handling of every payment mode, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation that tallies to the paise. She works closely with servers and the kitchen KOT flow, and with the online aggregator dashboards for delivery orders.
