Civil Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil works on-site, including planning, execution, and supervision of laborers.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or issues and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure site safety by maintaining a safe working environment, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (diploma holders preferred).
• Strong understanding of civil site engineering principles, including planning, execution, and supervision.
• Excellent labour control skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• ABLE TO READ AND EXECUTE ALL TYPES OF PLANS
