CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator / Programmer responsible for operating, setting, programming, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, work-holding fixtures, and machining parameters.
• Set tool offsets, work coordinates, tool geometry, and machine parameters.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments.
• Identify and correct dimensional, tooling, and machining issues.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.
• Make program adjustments to improve productivity, tool life, and component quality.
• Maintain proper records of production, inspection, tool usage, and machine-related issues.
• Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate with the production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Required QualificationsITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Good knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tooling selection.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and height gauge.
