Roles and Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
  • Inform customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
  • Follow up with customers and encourage timely payments.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Update customer details and call records in the system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
