Job Description : Administrative Coordinator/Office Support Executive
Provide day-to-day administrative support, assist the finance team with invoice collection and documentation, and support smooth office and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support administrative and office activities
• Collect, submit, and follow up on invoices and bills
• Assist the finance department with documentation and basic processes
• Handle courier, dispatch, and bank-related tasks when required
• Maintain files, records, office documents and Payment process handling
• Support HR/Admin team and inter-department coordination
• Perform general office and factory support duties
Skills & Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of office work and documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Honest, disciplined, and reliable
• Basic reading and writing ability
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum 10th pass
• 1 year of experience preferred
