Job Description

Hiring: Executive – Collections | Pune

Company: Varthana Finance

Role Summary: Responsible for customer visits, overdue payment collection, follow-ups, delinquency management, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred/required as per JD
  • 0–2 years of experience in loan collections preferred(HL & LAP Loan)
  • NBFC/banking collections experience preferred
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel
  • Local market knowledge and Marathi communication preferred
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
