Position: Continental Chef – Commis 1

Location: daWholesum Resto-Café, Ganeshwadi, Shivajinagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong culinary foundation can apply)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Fixed)

Joining: Immediate

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Continental dishes.
• Ensure all menu items meet quality, consistency, and portion standards.
• Support the Head Chef and CDP in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and report shortages promptly.
• Follow standard recipes and plating techniques as per café guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine (pastas, grills, sauces, salads, etc.).
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.
• Ability to handle kitchen pressure and multitask during service hours.
• Team player with good communication and discipline.
