What would you do? • Skill required Finance Processes Lease Administration and Abstraction • Designation Management Level Transaction Processing Associate • Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules • An end-to-end service allowing for IFRS and U. • S. • GAAP compliance in the financial reporting of leases, overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process, from coordinating the creation of a new lease to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing the administration, tracking, and auditing of lease documents, and monitoring the business and financial transactions for lease properties.

Roles and Responsibilities: • • Abstracting the Key information Financial Legal from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet. • • Abstracting Reviewing the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering SAP. • • Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM Common Area Maintenance Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries • • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems • • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • • You may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management • • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • • You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
