Job Description
Tandoor Chef (Tandoori Specialist)
- Prepares tandoori dishes like naan, roti, tandoori vegetables, and kebabs.
- Operates and maintains the tandoor oven.
- Ensures proper marination and grilling techniques.
Curry Chef (Gravy & Curry Specialist)
- Specializes in preparing various Indian vegetarian curries and gravies.
- Ensures the correct balance of spices and flavors.
- Prepares dals, paneer dishes, kofta, and regional specialties.
South Indian Chef (Dosa, Idli, Uttapam, etc.)
- Prepares dosa, idli, vada, and other South Indian dishes.
- Ensures correct batter fermentation and texture.
- Manages sambhar, chutneys, and accompaniments.
Chaat & Snacks Chef
- Prepares popular Indian street food like pani puri, bhel puri, samosas, and kachoris.
- Ensures hygiene and correct spice balance.
Kitchen Helper / Assistant Cook
- Helps with chopping, peeling, and preparing ingredients.
- Assists chefs in assembling dishes.
- Ensures cleanliness and organizes kitchen tools.
