Job Description
-Welcome customers and help them choose ice cream and desserts.
-Scoop and serve ice cream according to company standards.
-Handle billing and cash/POS transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
-Refill stock, cones, cups, toppings, and beverages.
-Assist with inventory and stock checks.
-Pack takeaway and online delivery orders.
-Provide excellent customer service and promote special offers.
