Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities (Based on field sales executive duties)Promote and sell SBI Card POS/card machines to merchants and small businesses 1.
  • Door‑to‑door or on‑field lead generation, cold calling, and visiting assigned market areas 1.
  • Merchant onboarding: collecting KYC documents, submitting applications, and coordinating approvals.
  • Install and demonstrate POS/card machines, explaining features, charges, and settlement processes 1.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer merchant queries 1.
  • Collect customer information and maintain merchant databases 1.
  • Follow up with leads, renewals, and upgrades 1.
  • Daily reporting: sales numbers, lead status, competitor activity, and forecast updates 1.
  • Coordinate with backend teams for activation, service issues, and training.
