Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Development & Customization

• Develop, customize, and maintain CRM applications, primarily using Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications
• Create and manage CRM modules, custom functions, workflows, automation rules, and business logic
• Develop customized CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Manage CRM data, customer records, lead management, follow-ups, and process tracking
• Optimize CRM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM applications and configurations

2. AI Process Automation

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven process automation solutions to streamline business operations
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them using AI tools, workflows, and integrations
• Configure and implement AI tools, AI agents, and automated business processes
• Develop AI-powered workflows for customer support, internal operations, and business process management
• Train and configure AI modules based on business requirements, FAQs, response patterns, and process workflows
• Monitor AI-generated outputs and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and performance
• Explore new AI technologies and automation tools to identify opportunities for process improvement

3. Workflow Automation & System Integration

• Design and implement automated workflows across CRM applications and other business systems
• Integrate Zoho CRM with WhatsApp, Double Tick, AI tools, and third-party applications
• Work with APIs, webhooks, REST APIs, and integration platforms to connect different systems
• Develop custom functions and automated triggers to streamline business processes
• Test, debug, and maintain integrations to ensure smooth data flow and system functionality
• Identify integration gaps and recommend suitable technical solutions

4. WhatsApp & Double Tick Automation

• Manage, develop, and optimize Double Tick automation and WhatsApp-based communication processes
• Configure WhatsApp automation, chatbot workflows, message templates, triggers, and automated responses
• Develop and maintain AI-powered chat process automation for customer support
• Integrate WhatsApp communication workflows with CRM systems and customer databases
• Configure automated customer follow-ups, notifications, and escalation workflows
• Troubleshoot issues related to WhatsApp automation, Double Tick, chatbot workflows, and integrations

5. AI Chatbot & Customer Support Automation

• Develop and optimize AI-powered chatbot workflows for customer support processes
• Configure AI responses using FAQs, product information, customer queries, and business guidelines
• Train AI modules to understand customer queries and provide relevant responses
• Define escalation rules for queries requiring human intervention
• Monitor chatbot performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with customer support teams to understand requirements and improve automated communication

6. Testing, Support & Documentation

• Test and validate CRM customizations, AI workflows, and integrations before deployment
• Monitor automation performance and resolve technical issues
• Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, custom functions, integrations, and automation workflows
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on CRM applications and automation tools
• Coordinate with different departments to understand business requirements and implement suitable solutions
• Continuously improve existing systems to enhance productivity and reduce manual work

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience in CRM development and customization, preferably Zoho CRM
• Strong understanding of AI process automation and workflow development
• Experience with CRM modules, custom functions, workflows, automation rules, and business logic
• Knowledge of Zoho applications and third-party integrations
• Understanding of APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, chatbot development, and AI-powered automation
• Experience configuring AI workflows, prompts, FAQs, automated responses, and business processes
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp automation, and Double Tick automation
• Understanding of customer support processes and CRM data management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to learn new AI technologies and automation platforms quickly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoho Deluge or other CRM scripting languages
• Knowledge of third-party automation platforms and integration tools
• Experience developing custom CRM functions and connecting multiple business applications
• Familiarity with AI APIs, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and AI agents
