Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
