- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to enhance software quality and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
