Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Royal Enfield Dealership, Pune | Full-time

Role: Call prospects, follow up on leads, update the DMS, and convert enquiries into showroom visits, test rides, and bookings.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to enquiries from walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals
  • Follow up consistently and convert leads into bookings
  • Update every call, follow-up, and lead status in the DMS on the same day
  • Invite prospects for test rides and showroom visits
  • Meet monthly targets for calls, visits, and conversions

Requirements

  • Graduate (12th pass with experience considered)
  • 0–2 years in telecalling, CRM, or sales (automobile experience preferred)
  • Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Working knowledge of DMS/CRM and MS Office
  • Target-driven, with good follow-up discipline
