- Manage and oversee customer service operations within the WBG Operations Customer Service Desk. - Ensure high-quality service delivery and effective handling of customer queries and issues. - Coordinate with various teams to streamline customer support processes and improve customer satisfaction. - Lead and mentor customer service staff to achieve operational goals. - Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary. - Handle escalations and complex customer service challenges. - Maintain documentation and reporting related to customer service activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align customer service strategies with business objectives.Job role
