Job OverviewArmeka Pvt Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic BPO / Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, following up on pending payments, and providing suitable solutions to customers while maintaining professional communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue payments and billing issues
• Inform customers about payment options and methods
• Negotiate and set up suitable payment plans
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
• Use computer systems and MS Office tools for daily operations
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer operations
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with voice process / domestic BPO operations
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
• Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male & Female
• Age: 18 – 38 years
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• English: Not mandatory
