Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Job OverviewArmeka Pvt Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic BPO / Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, following up on pending payments, and providing suitable solutions to customers while maintaining professional communication.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue payments and billing issues
- Inform customers about payment options and methods
- Negotiate and set up suitable payment plans
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
- Use computer systems and MS Office tools for daily operations
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer operations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with voice process / domestic BPO operations
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male & Female
- Age: 18 – 38 years
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
