The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
- Experience in designing and managing complex data migration projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and integrity during migration.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards related to data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
