Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and collaborating to design and develop new data models that align with business needs. This position requires continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data models effectively support organizational objectives and application requirements, fostering a seamless flow of information across different teams and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Experience with database design and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
