Deputy Manager HR Analytics
Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Enhance Productivity by implementing live dashboard to track productivity and headcount ratios across functions in the company
- Review and share budget Vs. achievement productivity data and share the same with CHRO and HR leaders and raise flags wherever required
- Integrate AI and Machine learning for predictive analytics and process automation. Harness the power of these technologies to optimize decision-making and automate complex processes
- Correct SPAN by reviewing and analyzing the current organizational structure. Assess the distribution of roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations
- Implement right SPAN in collaboration with the HRBP team by reducing hierarchy levels to facilitate information flow and collaboration
- Assists in designing and implementing overall Retention strategy through live dashboards in order to enable business retain people in line with the employee survey results
COMPETENCIES
Hands on experience with tools like SQL, MS Excel (Advanced), Visualization tools, Python. Experience in large data handling, storyboarding and actionable insight generation.
Good to have experience with cloud technologies and new age technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI
Actively engaged and pursuing emerging trends and developments in Data and AI space
