Job Description – MBA Graduate Trainee

1. 1. MBA (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or equivalent) with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
   2. Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, and their business applications. Inspired by internal AI capability frameworks emphasizing prompt engineering, AI adoption, and business use cases.
   3. Support business analysis, market research, data interpretation, and preparation of management reports and presentations.
   4. Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve productivity, research, content creation, and decision-making.
   5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation.
   6. Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for digital and AI initiatives.
   7. Develop dashboards, reports, and insights using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools to support business decisions.
   8. Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and client-facing skills.
   9. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative business solutions.
   10. Exhibit a learning mindset, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. 1. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI productivity tools.
   2. Basic understanding of Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
   3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
   4. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
