Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Additionally, expertise in email marketing, data collection, and social media marketing is a key advantage for this role. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving traffic, engagement, and ROI through innovative and measurable digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Create and manage effective email marketing campaigns, including list building, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and market research to target the right customers.
• Write, edit, and optimize ad copy and creative assets for better performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Design and execute strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement through paid channels and organic outreach.
• Leverage data collection techniques to build targeted prospect databases for campaigns and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email and social campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, including social media algorithms, email marketing platforms, and paid advertising tools.
• Create performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to share with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proven experience in email marketing and familiarity with platforms like Smartlead or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data collection techniques for marketing databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or AI-based video editing software for ad creatives.
• Knowledge of retargeting strategies and audience segmentation.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar programs.
• Understanding of marketing click funnels, lead generation strategies, and email automation workflows.
